Location
The villa is located in Indian Ridge Oaks, Kissimmee less than 4 miles (less than 10 minutes by car) from Walt Disney World and close to all other Orlando attractions.
Indian Ridge Oaks is a quiet walled residential neighbourhood with no through traffic.
It has a shaded community pool, cabana,basketball net, tennis courts and children's play area, all of which are available to our clients.
The Mystic Dunes Golf Club is adjacent, with further golf courses only minutes away.
Property Description
The Villa is located in Indian Ridge Oaks. Kissimmee, which is one of the closest developments to Disney. The Villa is a fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom 2 bathroom with private pool. The accommodation comprises of 2040 sq ft. There is a large family room with 25” cable TV., DVD player, Radio and CD player, and with its own dining/ breakfast area.
Additionally there is a separate living room with full size sofa bed and a formal dining room.

The large south facing pool which is screened from insects and can be heated if required. The pool can be illuminated at night with an underwater light. Around the pool is a larger than average deck area with ample pool furniture sun loungers etc, including dining table and chairs for alfreso dining. The deck area has a covered lanai with light and fan. There is a gas barbeque (grill) available with all the tools and accessories.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed and an en-suite bathroom and benefits from a remote control colour cable television and DVD. Bedroom 2 has a full/double bed with a TV and there are two further bedrooms with twin beds with one bedroom Disney themed, along with a PS2 with over 30 games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, waste disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all crockery and cutlery
The villa is equipped with all the necessary bedding, towels, cutlery, crockery etc. It has 2 telephones and also benefits from smoke detectors. Hair dryers are also provided. As well as a crib/cot
We also provide a basketball net for the more energetic guests who can play basketball on the drive
