Situated just minutes from Hwy 192 and Florida Turnpike, your journey to Disney will take just 20 minutes. Cocoa Beach and the Spacecoast are only 45 minutes away. There is a vast selection of restaurants to suit all tastes and supermarkets and shopping malls are all within easy reach.

Property Description
Our beautiful villa has 4 bedrooms - 2 masters with en-suites and 2 twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This is ideal for 1 or 2 families sharing. Comfortably furnished throughout, the living area is bright and open and invites you to relax after a 'hard day' at the golf course or theme parks! There are 3 TVs in the villa - cable TV with video and DVD in the living area and TV/video combis in both master bedrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to make this a home from home and has a breakfast bar for casual dining or separate elegant dining area.
The living area leads you to the pool and patio area. Patio furniture is provided. The pool is south facing and is not overlooked by any other villas. It can be heated if required. We are located on a corner plot, so we have a great, large back garden which overlooks a conservation area.
Our villa is ideal for families with young children. Located on one level - there are no tricky stairs to manage and the door to the pool area is alarmed for added peace of mind.
