Location
Our villa is truly luxurious and ideally located on Indian Point, a quite residential, restricted deed community, close to the centre of Kissimmee. It is only 2 minutes from the restaurants and shops, approximately 15 minuets from Disney World, our villa is ideally located centrally in Florida making access easy for the Gulf Coast just over a one hour drive away and bush gardens and east coast within the hour.
Community facilities include a communal pool, tennis/basketball courts and children’s play areas, and picnic area with BBQ’s overlooking one of the lakes.
Property Description
Our home in the sun has been beautifully furnished and decorated by a professional interior designer to meet all our needs and those of our guests.
The villa has
• Three bedrooms, two doubles, one twin room.
• It has a large 28’ X 13’ rectangular swimming pool (gas pool heating), with extended decking area and a covered lanai. The entire pool area is screened. Pool access is alarmed to stop young children entering the pool area without your knowledge
• A fully equipped kitchen with laundry, dishwasher, microwave, range cooker, & fridge freezer.

Our guests have access to a communal pool, tennis court, picnic area and childrens play area which is situated on Indian Point
Inside, at the rear of the house and looking on to the pool, is the master bedroom with queen size bed, huge walk-in closet, cable television and large en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a hot tub and shower, and access to the pool can be gained from here.
At the front of the house there are two further bedrooms, a double and a twin, in between which is the second bathroom with a shower/bath. All bedrooms have large closets, and beautiful furniture.
The lounge area is spacious with sofa and armchairs, coffee tables, large television, video and stereo/CD player. We have provided a host of videos for your enjoyment. There is also a PS2 to keep the children amused.
The dining area has a large dining table to seat six people, from here you can also access the pool area, through patio doors. The kitchen is fully equipped with gas oven, microwave, giant fridge-freezer, coffee maker, toaster and all cooking utensils. There is a kitchen table with four chairs and a laundry closet containing a washing machine, separate dryer, iron and ironing board. The kitchen gives access to the double garage where there is a washing line.
Our plot is extra wide so there is plenty of space between our neighbours homes, a fence and Florida glass around the pool ensures you have plenty of privacy when sunbathing or enjoying the pool. All exit doors to the pool are alarmed to ensure the safety of the children at all times.
All bed linen and towels are provided, although we do ask our guests to take their own pool towels. We have a high chair at the house and a cot can be organized if necessary. Pool heating is at an extra charge but everything else is included in the cost. A phone is available for your use. Local & International telephone calls are free. We will advise you of the villas telephone number before you leave so that friends or relatives can contact you.
Our British management company is also based on the Indian Point development and they will contact you shortly after you arrive to ensure that all is well. Our home is fully licensed for short term rental and complies with state fire and safety regulations.

We looked at the rates and decided to simplify them from now on the basic rate for the villa is the same all year, £450 / $765 per week
We have no set change over day so if the villa is available you can grab the best flights or offers at a time to suit you. The daily rate is pro rata
Supplement for school holidays……£50 / $85 per week
Optional Pool Heating..................£10 / $17per day
