Sambu Villa is a fully air-conditioned spacious home and furnished to a high standard, situated amongst orange groves on a select, quiet and up-market development (Orange Tree Resort) on the US 27, 2 miles off Highway 192 and has easy access to all theme parks, shopping malls, golf courses and Orlando International Airport
Property Description
Ideal for a single family unit, two small families or families travelling with grandparents Sambu Villa has something to offer for everyone. Our home sleeps 6-8 guests in 3 bedrooms and a sofabed in the Den area.
Your vacation can be a peaceful escape relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun around the inviting pool and spa. Eating alfresco is a must with a choice of cooking on a gas or charcoal barbeque. The kids can be occupied all day long in the air-conditioned Games Room, with pool table, air-hockey, table football, netball game and electronic darts board. We provide books, toys, videos, DVDs and PlayStation2 games for all ages.
On-site activities include tennis and basketball courts, children’s playground and a beautiful five and a half acre park.
Infants are also catered for with, Pack ’N’ Play cot/crib, complete with linen, highchair, stroller and crockery.

Bedrooms
Master suite one: A luxury American king-sized bed and bedroom suite with large walk-in closet. TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided. French doors open out onto the Lanai, pool, spa area. The en-suite offers a walk-in separate shower cubicle and features roman oval bath, twin washbasins in a built-in vanity unit and toilet/WC.
Bedroom two: A luxury queen-sized bed and bedroom suite with walk-in closet. TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer provided. Adjacent bathroom with washbasin and vanity unit, walk-in shower cubicle and toilet/WC. With direct access to the pool area - ideal for the early morning swim.
Bedroom three: With two single beds and walk-in closet, TV, ceiling fan, alarm clock and hairdryer. Adjacent bathroom with washbasin and vanity unit, shower over bath and toilet/WC.
Living Areas
Living room: To the front of the house. This area offers additonal relaxation area with 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa and coffee tables.
Formal Dining Room: Light and airy with table and seating for 6 guests.
Family Room: This room offers a tastefully furnished lounge area with a three seater sofa, two seater love seat and armchair, coffee tables and lamps, cable TV with theatre VCR/DVD/CD surround sound system and video/DVD library, HiFi, with direct access to the lanai/pool through patio doors.
Den: contains a sofabed (sleeps 2), TV, VCR/DVD, PlayStation2 and games, toys and computer with FREE broadband interent access.
Kitchen/Nook: The fully equipped centrally located gourmet kitchen offers every modern convenience with full oven and hob, microwave, double sink with waste disposal, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, microwave, coffee maker, espresso coffee maker, blender, mixer, electric can opener sandwich maker, waffle maker, food processor, electric grill and telephone. All crockery and cutlery provided sufficient to cater for 8 guests. A table and four chairs provide a perfect breakfast and occasional eating area, also with direct access to the lanai/pool area.
Laundry room: Large washing machine and separate dryer, with ironing board and iron.
Games room: Pool table, table football, air hockey, electronic dart board and netball game.
Pool/Hot Tub/Lanai: Fully screened, private 13 foot by 26 foot heated pool. There is a covered patio/lanai which is ideal for relaxing in the shade. Between the lanai and the pool is a child-safety fence. Sun loungers, patio set and gas/charcoal barbeque for relaxing and soaking up the Florida sun and dining al fresco are provided. The entire area is covered with a fine mesh screen to keep out any insects. We have also provided for your enjoyment a hot tub.
Suitability: Children welcome, for the comfort and pleasure of all our guests the villa is NON-SMOKING.
Smoke detectors in all bedrooms. Emergency exit lighting. All bedding and linen (including beach towels) provided free of charge. 24-hour management company will be able to answer any questions and ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standard.
