Our villa is located in a quite residential area on US Highway 27 just 10 minutes drive from Disney. Santa Cruz has only 71 homes on the development and is within a short distance from the I4.
Property Description
There are three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large family room. There is cable TV to the master bedroom and family room. All guests receive a free welcome pack upon arrival. There is a games room with 7' pool table and foosball table (free to use). Free local telephone calls. Free use of highchair, stroller and highchair. There is a fully equipped kitchen. The pool and spa is larger than average and overlooks a conservation area. Pool/spa heating available at an additional charge.
