The perfect place to stay during your Florida holiday of a lifetime. This beautiful three-bedroom pool home is ideally situated in the ever popular Lindfields estate in Kissimmee, Orlando. Most importantly, it is just 5 minutes from Walt Disney World and 10-20 minutes from most other major attractions. Situated in the heart of central Florida, the villa is an easy drive away from the spectacular Gulf and Atlantic coasts.
Property Description
This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom pool villa is situated in the Lindfields estate in Kissimmee, Orlando. This is a quiet residential area close to Disney World and other major attractions. Affordable rates mean that you can have the luxury of your very own villa during your stay in the ‘sunshine state’.
Interior
This single storey villa has three bedrooms and two bathrooms along with a fully fitted kitchen and formal dining area. Your luxury villa is well equipped with high speed wireless intenet access for your own laptop PC and games area for the kids, big and small. It is also furnished to a high standard, nicely decorated and fully air conditioned.
The spacious living area offers ample seating. In typical Floridian style, the main living area is open plan, with a vaulted ceiling.
The kitchen has its own breakfast area and has all the equipment you will need during your stay. The tiled dining area is next to the patio doors, overlooking the pool.
A separate laundry area has a washing machine and tumble drier. An iron and ironing board are also provided in your villa.
The family bathroom has a wc, wash hand basin, and bath with shower.
The master bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed, bed-side tables and built in closets. Patio doors lead directly out to the pool area. It has en-suite facilities including wc, wash hand basin and walk-in shower.
The ‘Disney’ bedroom is great for kids of all ages. With twin beds and a built in closet, this cheerfully decorated room also has a colour television. Bedroom 3 also has twin beds and a built in closet. Our home has permanent sleeping arrangements for 6 people. If your party includes infants, we can provide cribs, on request.
Exterior
The villa is set within its own grounds and boasts a tastefully landscaped garden at the front. It also has a driveway and 2 car garage. To the rear of the house is the private, fully screened south facing swimming pool and an enclosed garden. The pool area includes a pool deck and lanai with ceiling fan. A BBQ and quality pool side furniture are also available for your use. Underwater pool lighting provides illumination for evening pool use - fantastic after those long hot days at the theme parks.
The pool is accessible from patio doors leading from both the tiled dining area and the master bedroom. Both sets of patio doors are fitted with child-proof alarms. You can also get to the master bathroom directly from the pool area, so you to go for your shower as soon as you have had your fill of fun in the pool.
The back yard itself is very child friendly. It is fully enclosed with fencing to the sides and walled at the bottom. There is also a good sized grass area for kiddies to play.
