If golfing is your passion then there are 4 courses within 5 minutes, including the Greg Norman designed Champions Gate.

This luxurious 4bed/2bath villa with private pool is now available for rent. It is located in a quiet resort of Tuscan Ridge, Orlando, Florida. This beautiful development is a mixture of residential and vacational homes, surrounded by orange groves.
There are on-site tennis courts and a children's play area. Many excellent golf courses are within minutes-including the Greg Norman-designed Champions Gate.
With Disney World Parks and other major attractions so close by, this is the perfect location to enjoy all that central Florida has to offer, while staying in a peaceful and relaxing vacation villa.
Our home has 4 bedrooms, large living room, open plan kitchen, 2 bathrooms and two car garage. All bedrooms have large built-in closets with ample storage. The master bedroom and living room have direct access to the pool and deck area.
A fully-equipped, large, open-plan kitchen with all modern appliances includes: fridge/freezer with icemaker, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee-maker, all cooking and dining utensils.
There is a formal dining area with a table and six chairs and a breakfast nook with a table and four chairs.
This villa also has a separate laundry room with a washer and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.
This villa is furnshed to a high standards to accommodate 8 people.
All of the doors leading to the patio area have child alarms for your peace of mind.
The pool area is perfect for relaxing days and evening with your friends and family. This area has sun loungers, table and chairs.
This villa is non-smoking, but smoking is permitted on the patio area.
There is also alarm system in this home for your safety.
